Site Manager for Qamcom Anywhere – nowhere and everywhere

Our full remote office, Qamcom Anywhere is ready for the next phase and we need a skilled Site Manager to enable fast and sustainable expansion. Qamcom Anywhere currently have five amazing employees and we have an aggressive growth plan the coming years. We intend to extend the unit by employing the best engineers and execute advanced technology projects together with world class clients.

About the role

• You will lead a full remote team that is geographically spread over Sweden (expansion abroad is a future possibility)
• You are responsible for results, sales, recruitment, resource allocation and collaboration with other Qamcom offices
• You will have close and frequent correspondence with Qamcom’s other Site Managers, Project and Account Managers
• Experience from working with startups is valued

Who you are:

• You have experience from growing a consultancy business in an international environment.
• You have immense passion for B2B sales within the engineering consultancy market.
• You enjoy closing a deal whether it's 100 thousand or 10 million on the table. Of course you prefer the 10 million. ;)
• You love building relationships with stakeholders and to continuously expand your business network.
• You have dynamic mindset and are open to new ideas.
• You are fluent in English, both in speech and writing.
• You are fluent in Swedish, both in speech and writing.

Meriting qualifications for this position:

• Knowledge of embedded hardware and/or software development.
• Experience from project management.
• Experience from project sales.
• Experience from international sales.
